1. Overview
Alluvial ("we," "us," "our") operates a national recognition platform for financial advisors ("the Service"). By applying for or purchasing recognition through Alluvial, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be a licensed financial advisor, operating in good standing, and meet the eligibility criteria outlined on JoinAlluvial.com to apply. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are subject to review.
3. Application Review
All submissions are manually reviewed. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Fees paid are for the administrative processing and review of your application.
Recognition is contingent on successful review.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees are clearly listed on our application page.
Fees are charged immediately upon application submission and processed securely via Stripe.
All fees are
non-refundable once review has begun, regardless of the outcome.
5. Recognition Tiers
Recognition tiers (Listed, Recognized, Distinguished) reflect the level of information displayed and materials issued. Recognition is not transferable, sellable, or assignable.
6. Use of Badge and Materials
If accepted, you may use the Alluvial badge and certificate according to our branding guidelines. Unauthorized use, misrepresentation, or continued use after removal from the registry is prohibited.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to remove any advisor from the registry at any time for actions that violate fiduciary standards, misrepresent credentials, or damage the integrity of Alluvial.
8. Limitation of Liability
We provide recognition services "as is."
We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes, client acquisition, or reputational effects.
In no event shall Alluvial be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
